PARENTS ROLE

PARENTS ARE THE PILLARS OF SILVER OAKS
  • Parent community gives entire moral and encouraging support that the school needs.
  • They have seen the need for a progressive school that can combine learning skills with life skills and groom their children with love and care
  • From a conventional school to a progressive institution, Silver Oaks could embrace new schooling patterns because of the support system and trust that the parent community has reposed in us.
  • In all the transitional stages of the school, parents are with us in full faith.
  • They carry our flag high and they give us the conviction that we are on the right path.
PARENTS GIVE THE PUBLICITY FOR SILVER OAKS

The school does not believe in advertising or publicity, it is the parents who act as our ambassadors and our acorns are our brand ambassadors.

It is the parents of our acorns who helped us in formulating a Vision for the School. It is their ambition to see their children as young people who will be the architects of a progressive world.

PARENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO …

The School aims at developingself-responsibility, confidence, independence of thought and action, trust and integrity in all its members Parents are encouraged to develop the same for themselves and their children.

The Value Of Appreciation

Appreciation encourages people to take bigger challenges. We appreciate our Acorns to make them reach greater heights . The School looks forward for parents’ appreciation to create challenging environment for the young people.

Value the talents

All School programs are designed to exhibit the talents of young people who will have a role in shaping the world Parents need to have time and patience to appreciate the young talents.

Parents Role In......

HOME SCHOOL RELATIONS PARENT PARTICIPATION
The School believes in positive interactions between parents and school. Keeping the School culture in mind, we insist on pleasant conversations and progressive approach to deal with problems.
Throughout the school year, there will be a variety of special classroom activities and celebrations.
The Student Almanac, SMS, Newsletters, School Website and Phone Calls enable communication between us.
Parents are encouraged to attend these functions and support them. Parent’s support makes the child feel important and conveys the message that child’s education is duly important.
The Home-School Managers are available during the School hours for all academic and administrative queries.
We also appreciate if parents co-host parties and functions of the school. The School would feel obliged if the parents can arrange for field trips or accompany the student during the trips.
